List Building and Course Launches
with Jen at Never Alone VA Academy

BACKGROUND:

Jen first came to me in April 2022. She wanted to grow her email list so she could grow the VA Academy. She knew how to create and run Facebook ads but preferred spending her time and energy connecting with the students in her academy and providing them with the best curriculum and coaching. She had already enrolled some students and they loved her program so she decided it was time to expand her reach with paid ads on Facebook/Instagram.

STRATEGY & RESULTS:

She had a robust ‘welcome’ email sequence so we started building her email list with a budget of $10 per day. That campaign was a huge success as we added over 500 women to her list in the first three months, at just $1.56 per lead. She has continued to run that ad (and some new ones to keep it fresh) off and on for the last two years.

I’ve also worked with Jen on several launches as she tested a variety of launch strategies. Since April 2022, 131 women have enrolled in the academy, and later, in her monthly membership, resulting in over $180,000 in sales.

For her March 2024 launch - a low-key, email & ads-only launch to her warm audience - we spent just $253.78 on ads and brought in $13,500 in new sales. She also enrolled 13 new members in a surprise cart opening (email list only) just six weeks before this launch, which resulted in another $19,500 in sales!

Jen prefers to keep things small and intimate in the VA Academy so she doesn’t have huge launches like you’ll see from some coaches but she’s delighted with the results!
